Valcourt Building Services was founded in 1986 by Jeffery Valcourt as a small window cleaning company in Washington, DC, expanding over time to include waterproofing, facade restoration, rapid leak repair, and safety services. Throughout the decades, we’ve remained focused on delivering end-to-end building envelope solutions through world-class safety, reliable partnership, and a highly skilled and technical workforce.

In 2021, Valcourt Building Services merged with the JOBS Group to form the Valcourt Group, further expanding our collective service offerings, employee base, and geographic footprint. Today, Valcourt Building Services has offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, and Florida with broader national coverage through our Valcourt Group brands.
