Bruce Lapham

Bruce Lapham has been with Valcourt since 1996 and has been an instrumental part of launching and growing our best-in-class Safety and Risk Management Program: SafeSite Advantage. Bruce started with the company as a Scheduling Manager and quickly moved into safety, risk, and compliance management. Bruce was instrumental in the creation and start of the SafeSite Advantage Program in DC in 1998, and over the years, has facilitated the expansion of the program into many of the markets the Valcourt Group serves across the country. He is passionate about protecting our clients’ risk and ensuring they have the support they need to make their buildings a safe workplace. Bruce lives in Ashburn with his wife, Christy and son, Jacob and can be found spending his time off with family and cheering on his son’s athletic pursuits.
