Lance Conley
Lance Conley is an expert in water leakage assessment, building façade repair and rehabilitation, and façade inspections and assessments. With nearly 20 years of experience in failure and damage investigations, Lance has developed a deep expertise in identifying and addressing critical building facade issues. Before joining The Valcourt Group in 2022, he worked with architectural engineering firms such as Intertek, WJE, and BECS. Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Management and Finance.
