Ron Pilla

In 1988 Ron co-founded All American Inc., a high-rise window cleaning company out of Freehold, NJ. In 1996, Ron engineered the merger of All American Inc. with Valcourt Building ServicesAs Vice President of Operations for Valcourt, Ron places major emphasis on safety, quality control, and training. Ron has been a member of The SWR Institute since 1996. He has been on the Safety & Health Committee since 2003. As the liaison between the SWR Institute and OSHA, he was instrumental in developing and maintaining the SWR Institute/OSHA relationship. Ron also served on the Board of Directors for the Institute, and subsequently served as President of the SWR Institute for the 2012 and 2013 term.
