Stan Wellinsky

Stan is one of the founding partners in Valcourt’s Waterproofing & Restoration division. In 1996, he sold his company to Valcourt to open and run the New Jersey office of Valcourt Exterior Building Services. Since the late 1980’s, Stan has been helping building owners and property managers maintain, improve, and protect their assets. Over the past 30 years, he’s gained a vast knowledge of building maintenance from solving all types of façade, garage, and plaza deck issues. During his career with Valcourt, he has held multiple roles, most recently Regional Vice President, overseeing our offices in New Jersey, Washington DC, Georgia, and Texas. In the second half of 2024, Stan transitioned into a new position as Vice President Sales & Estimating. He believes in giving back to industry as an active member and past president of the Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute.
